We have a strict 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy for all appointments. We understand sometimes life happens and you need to reschedule. Please try to give us ample time warning. If you think you can’t make an appointment, please call us right away! We offer a one-time courtesy for missed appointments but will enforce any missed fees if happens repeatedly and can sometimes require a deposit to book large treatments. This is to ensure that all of our patients have a chance to receive the care they need.
